  7.      It is a sad, sad world in which the people of the MOST FREE
  8.      NATION in
  9.      the world find themselves in the position not unlike that of the
  10.      æPuritansÆ of England which first settled this great country of
  11.      ours.
  12.      These people were ostracized for their beliefs. They were
  13.      persecuted
  14.      and ridiculed. For that, they sought freer lives abroad, only to
  15.      find
  16.      themselves on the soils now known as The United States of
  17.      America.
  18.      Here they were content to live their lives as they chose...in
  19.      FREEDOM!

  21.      As time went by, our founding parents found themselves creating
  22.      the
  23.      doctrines by which every American now lives: The Constitution and
  24.      the
  25.      Bill of Rights of the United States of America. One of these
  26.      rights is
  27.      the Freedom of Speech.

  29.      The Internet has been around for decades and has survived in all
  30.      its
  31.      glory. Now it seems that æother peopleÆ choose to partake of the
  32.      opportunities that The Net has to offer and, as such, find the
  33.      need to
  34.      govern what has existed in peace for so long (Thank you very
  35.      much!).

  37.      One would THINK, in this day and age, that MOST parents would
  38.      have
  39.      control over their children to the point that they could keep
  40.      them from
  41.      reaching the realms of where they are not welcome. They should
  42.      think
  43.      in terms of controlling their children rather than attempting to
  44.      control
  45.      The Net.. If children are found pursuing such devices as to
  46.      enlighten
  47.      their sexual awarenesses .-. where are the parents?
  48.  
  49.      As with the trend to sit your child down in front of the
  50.      television cum
  51.      (that's Latin!) baby-sitter, then obviously, they have not the
  52.      wherewithal to keep them in CHECK and survey their activities
  53.      AWAY from
  54.      realms they need not be a part of. The parents should not be
  55.      always
  56.      looking for that proverbial baby-sitter, in this case, the
  57.      government of
  58.      the United States of America. It is time for parents to take the
  59.      stance
  60.      which they have long abandoned...being parents! Has parenthood
  61.      gone the
  62.      way of the model T?
  63.  
  64.      As with the 'Indians' (Native Americans) here we are again,
  65.      coming in as
  66.      newcomers, not liking what we see and changing it! (or, as
  67.      history
  68.      repeats itself, taking it away!)
  69.  
  70.      What gives YOU the right? We have been residing here fair and
  71.      well
  72.      without you. Now you cometh, now you taketh away! Just like
  73.      Manhattan!

  75.      If you liketh not what you behold - begone with you! Turn the
  76.      channel!
  77.  
  78.      This country was made up of people who wanted to exercise their
  79.      rights
  80.      to be the people they wanted to be.

  82.      The Bill of Rights was composed to protect those people AND their
  83.  
  84.      rights. What gives YOU the right to chastise me? What have I ever
  85.      done
  86.      to you. I have a right that YOU are impeding on! Perhaps YOUR
  87.      right
  88.      to be 'holier than thou' should be taken away. Then maybe you
  89.      would
  90.      understand!

  92.      God bless America! (or is it the Indies? Columbus? Are you
  93.      there?)
